Job Description

  • Work with our Director of Talent Acquisition to develop a set of guidelines and principles for advertising.
  • Be involved with creating, driving, and measuring metrics for D&I.
  • Inputting into our group employer brand and working with our People team to create a workplace where individuals feel a sense of belonging.
  • Identify and establish communities and networks across group.
  • Keep up to date with external market trends, best practice, industry evolving trends, external networks, regulatory changes/reporting.
  • Keep up to date new industry charters and awards presenting them for consideration if appropriate.
  • Actively champion the approach for group wide and local diversity and inclusion initiatives by acting as the point of liaison between the groups and our brands.
  • Through data analysis, collaborate with People function teams and hiring community to spot specific opportunities to drive change and address areas of concern.
  • Take full ownership for key strategic and see them through from planning to delivery and embedding.
  • Be the first point of contact for D&I matters, engaging, advising and supporting stakeholders.
  • Escalating queries to the Chief People Office and Director of Talent Acquisition as appropriate.
  • Proactively develop and grow relationships with stakeholders and leverage the firms Employer Brand and support in celebrating diversity to attract and retain talent.
  • Partner with Communications team to ensure that D&I is front of mind throughout how we communicate internally and externally.
  • Work in partnership with other areas of the people function and Director of Talent Acquisition to ensure the best employee experience.

Qualifications

  • We are looking for an individual with a good understanding of D&I concepts with demonstrable experience gained in an HR function.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, goal-motivated and ability to prioritise multiple projects with a positive attitude, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Able to interpret quantitative and qualitative data and communicate priorities in a clear and compelling way and measure progress.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, strong professional ethics and business acumen.
  • Continually look for self-improvement opportunities, looking for new ways to grow knowledge and skill set for personal development.
