• You will be responsible for the P&O transformation programme management and collaborate with project teams across the group, prioritize activities and deliverables. 
• You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders to enable allocation of resources, agreement on deliverables and timelines, progression against targets, collaborating to solve and optimize project delivery.
• You will develop innovative solutions, enable decision making and lead strategic P&O projects that drive the growth of our organisation.
• You will drive high quality output from internal teams, clients, vendors & freelancers.
• You will facilitate kick offs & vertical meetings with cross functional groups for planning and analyse and report on P&O and project data and monitor against KPIs, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Additionally, you will be responsible to ensure project data analytics and reportings, oversee the data systems and databases and enable accuracy of information, timely insights availability.

You are a highly motivated Programme Manager with at least 5 years of experience in projects that involce organisation design, P&O and business transformation, preferably in a technical start-up environment / internet company.

• You have an MBA or master’s degree in Business / Organisation Design / Strategic HR / Change Management or related fields.
• You have 3 years consulting experience at one of the top global strategy consulting firms.
• You are an enabler and facilitator with an international mindset.
• You comfortably working in a fast-paced, flat and agile environment.
• You have a demonstrated ability to manage priorities and projects and the right mix of organization, leadership and communication skills.
• You have proven coaching, feedback and team development skills, working knowledge of industry tools and a strong attention to detail.
• You are both a strategist and executor and thrive in change and ambiquity.
• You have excellent data analytics, strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• You have full professional fluency in English and/or French and/or German (additional European languages are a plus).
