Job Description

  • You will organise and manage project coordination activities to ensure the success of the company’s transformation. This will include supporting and assisting the project team by assigning and monitoring tasks and communication, coordinating and managing follow-up of workshops, content material documentation, creating reports and updates for the PMs and LS team.
  • Additionally you will be responsible for the contract, invoice and document management and for planning meetings and organising project logistics.
  • You will also oversee and coordinate the transformation programme of events, including its regular meetings and conferences, supporting the set-up of virtual and physical events and participation, organising and providing content and facilitation material, ensuring smooth workshop and event delivery and follow-up.

Qualifications

You are a highly motivated individual who works comfortably and autonomously in a fast-paced, flat, agile environment with at least 3 years of project / events coordination experience.

  • You have a BA in Business / Events / Communication and at least 2 years agency experience / team EA experience.
  • You have experience supporting P&O and business transformation, change management.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to coordinate priorities, projects and events and the right mix of organizational and communication skills.
  • You have experience working in a start-up and multinational environment and the ability and willingness to eventually travel to event venues.
  • You are a team player, relator and executor with excellent attention to detail and organisational and time management skills with the ability to adapt seamlessly to changing priorities, enforcing deadlines and deliverables.
  • You have excellent logistical coordination skills, especially in the area of organising meetings/ conferences/ workshops.
  • You have strong communication skills, cross-cultural sensitivity, patience and experience in communication with internal and external service providers.
  • Fluent in English and/or German and/or French
