Become a Strategic Development Analyst either in Berlin, Paris, Hamburg or Brussels (m/f/d)

• You will be part of a team responsible for the strategic development and transformation of the Aviv group
• Directly supporting both organic and inorganic growth initiatives to achieve the group’s short & mid-term objectives
• Conduct competitor analyses, identify market trends and opportunities, and turn them into actionable solutions
• Create financial analyses and business plans to build a solid analytical foundation for recommendations and rollout
• Support M&A & strategic projects with a focus on the commercial and operational streams from initiation to implementation
• Prepare presentations and monitor results of the various growth initiative driven by the team
• Build relationships across all levels of the organization and across different departments

Your are a problem-solver with an outstanding degree from a university in a business or quantitative field

• You are a recent graduate or junior professional with up to 2 years of professional experience, in strategy consulting consulting, investment or in the strategic department of a high growth company
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset
• You are comfortable with financial analysis and business planning
• You have a result-driven can-do attitude with pragmatic mindset whilst being a team-player at heart
• You own an in-depth know-how and enthusiasm for digital business models
• You have a self-driven, independent, and reliable working style with curiosity to think beyond the obvious
• You thrive in fast-paced international environments
• You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. (French and / or German a strong plus)
