Job Description

  • Answer customer questions by phone, chat, mail
  • Provide information to the client on products, prices, working conditions and company shares
  • To assist the client in placing an order
  • Work with customer requests, complaints
  • WITHOUT cold calls and customer search

Qualifications

  • Communicate freely and speak Greek
  • Knowledge of the Russian or Romanian at an average level
  • Be able to control emotions when working with different types of clients
  • Show empathy and a sincere desire to help customers
  • Be ready to learn a large amount of information
