AUTODOC AG is looking for a HR Reporting & Analytics Lead (m/f/x) in Germany, Ukraine, Poland or Czech Republic to start as soon as possible. The aim is to help deliver actionable insights to the company. This position is newly created and will play a key role in gathering and interpreting data with advanced computer technologies, analyzing the quality and meaning of the data, highlight important patterns and trends in the activities of the organization (employees behaviour) and present these reports to management and stakeholders to help them making appropriate decisions. 

Job Description

  • Contribute to the system HCM data customization to support and create the Database
  • Build, maintain and further improving HR Analytic reports (especially based on Workday)
  • Create SQL (medium and complex) to handle the business reporting requirements
  • Visualize data in Power BI if required 
  • Maintain data accuracy, consistency and integrity in the HRIS by running monthly audits to ensure data quality across all systems
  • Work with reporting stakeholders to understand the data points and corresponding data sources required for reporting

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR Reporting & Analytics or similar fields, experience with HCM System Workday
  • Proficiency in SQL and MySQL, Excel and Google Sheets; Python is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven abilities, ability to gasp complex business issues
  • Excellent presentation skills to simplify technical and analytical insights to a business audience and vice versa
  • English skills min. B2 level
