Our headquarters in Berlin is now looking for a Senior Manager HR Governance (m/f/d), who will design, implement, maintain and improve HR governance and compliance framework and its components (including process management, data management, organization management, and document management) to secure efficient people operations and process flow while delivering seamless people experience and business value.

• Develop and implement the global HR governance framework, including processes, policies, procedures and operational standards and controls in line with business needs and HR technology landscape
• Provide functional guidance to HR teams and partner with multiple stakeholders in order to establish, manage and monitor HR internal governance processes
• Design and improve HR compliance guidelines and drive regular HR risk assessments
• Work together with key HR stakeholders to set and monitor meaningful KPIs
• Contribute to the design and deployment of HR project and portfolio management
• Work closely with HR Technology team on HR data architecture
• Have an oversight and continuous improvement of HR processes incl. KPIs tracking, while driving activities to ensure HR teams apply the standards and keep them informed about the changes

• Minimum 4 years of relevant job experience in a cross-functional and international environment
• Good understanding of the HR organization, including a holistic, cross-functional perspective and understanding of HR and company processes
• Experience in business process design and maintenance, experience in the development and implementation of governance structures is beneficial
• Fluent in English, German and/or Russian is an advantage
