We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in Berlin Marzahn to start as soon as possible.

Job Description

  • Provide customer service and support by telephone and e-mail
  • Offer classic inbound service
  • Take purchase orders
  • Provide information about the status of orders
  • Process complaints

Qualifications

  • You are native Norwegian speaker and fluent in English or German
  • You enjoy interacting with people
  • You are a team player and your team can rely on you
  • You have strong communication skills, both spoken and written
  • You aspire to leave every customer satisfied
