We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who genuinely cares about customers and their experience with the Autenti platform and our services.

Job Description

  • Supporting customers in discovering and using the features of our SaaS platform
  • Resolving customer issues via email, chat and phone
  • Actively contributing to improving customer service quality standards
  • Identifying root causes of reported issues and cooperating with internal teams to eliminate them
  • Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles

Qualifications

  •  
  • Experience in customer-facing roles within SaaS or e-commerce environments
  • Confidence in handling customer requests and resolving issues
  • Czech at a professional working level (spoken and written)
  • English at a minimum B2 level
  • Ability to explain complex problems in a clear and simple way
  • Skill in translating technical language into everyday, user-friendly communication
