Job Description

As a Platform Support Intern, you will be embedded on a team that provides 24/7 operations monitoring and support for ATPCO's Public and Private cloud products. The team manages the foundational platforms that our product teams utilize to build, deploy, and host scalable and reliable products.

You will:

  • Monitor and respond to alerts and events from various tools, jobs, applications, and platforms
  • Work with internal and external service providers to resolve issues and maintain operations  

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree, or currently working towards a degree, in CS, IT, or similar
  • Good understanding of operating systems
  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Knowledge of Java, C++, or similar programming languages
