Job Description
As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will help ensure the consistent and effective execution of work within ATPCO’s overall product strategy. The Project Manager will work with a team composed of business analysts, engineers, SMEs, and automation developers to ensure that the team is operating efficiently and delivering maximum value. Ideal candidate: familiar with PM and Product Development processes, including Lean, SDLC, and Agile concepts.
- Oversee project development, ensuring team members perform tasks efficiently while providing necessary support.
- Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery by driving team commitments to completion.
- Optimize the effective and appropriate use of tools across teams.
- Collaborate and coordinate efforts with other Project Managers both within and outside the division.
- Proactively identify challenges and work with team resources to develop solutions.
- Remove obstacles promptly to ensure successful team delivery on commitments.
- Lead issue resolution and mitigate risks to maintain project progress.
- Work closely with team members to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of R&D investments, including capitalizable versus operational labor.
- Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports and metrics, while monitoring and forecasting resource allocations.
- Effectively communicate changes, risks, and scope modifications to product managers, sponsors, and stakeholders through verbal and written documentation to ensure clear understanding of issues and solutions.
Drive process improvements for the initiation, development, and delivery of projects within the division.
Salary Range: USD $124,000– $139,314
