Recruiting Intern

Job Description

The Recruiting Intern is a paid internship that is based in our Chicago Office. The intern will provide support and assistance to both the Experienced Recruiting Team and Campus Recruiting Team. The Recruiting Intern will help with various projects and initiatives for the North American Recruiting department. 

Qualifications

  • Recently graduated or currently enrolled in Bachelor’s program, emphasis on Communications or Human Resources preferred, but not required
  • Able to work in downtown Chicago (relocation not included) for 20-40 hours per week
  • Illustrates professional behavior in a business environment
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Stellar interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Highly motivated and proactive team player who is eager to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel); experience in Taleo or other applicant tracking system is a plus
