Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will perform financial feasibility analyses, build financial models for potential investments, and support a range of transaction processes and calculations across the real estate and finance sectors.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cedarhurst, New York.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Assist with due diligence by reviewing financial statements, market data, and other relevant information.
Contribute to day-to-day operational activities that drive the business forward.
Work closely with all levels of the organization, gaining direct training in finance and real estate principles.
Provide exceptional customer service and build trusted relationships across the team.
Maintain strong communication habits, including proactive follow-up.
Collaborate with team members to support successful transactions and deliver outstanding client satisfaction.
Manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in commercial real estate or finance.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and respond effectively to questions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a strong results-oriented mindset.
Additional Information
Salary: $50,000–$70,000 yearly base + bonus
