This is a part-time position for a Leasing Agent at KAPE Property Management in the Los Angeles Area. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for conducting rent comps and surveys, marketing vacancies, showings (both remote and in-person), processing rental applications, etc. Remote work is acceptable for this position.

This is a commission-based job, paying $400-$500 per listing

• Residential Leasing experience
• Strong background in Customer Service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Experience with Appfolio property management software is a plus
• Spanish fluency a plus
