Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning our annual budgeting, in year ‘reforecasts’ and longer-range planning processes, working with commercial finance teams, FP&A and other areas to update our Chameleon planning model, covering IS, BS & CF – ensuring that inputs are complete and accurate and that outputs are aligned to expectations.
  • Work with commercial finance to identify opportunities to develop and improve the Chameleon model increasing alignment to our business processes and improving accuracy.
  • Regularly update the Chameleon model with actual KPIs and financials, and outputs from our tactical forecasting processes to ensure it is available for forward looking analysis, based on our latest view of performance.
  • Producing a wide range of ad-hoc analysis, using appropriate systems and datasets to support on key strategic projects including M&A and other similar activities, working to tight timelines with a high level of accuracy and maintaining clear documentation of assumptions to provide confidence to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

About You

  • Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with exposure to a range of finance disciplines.
  • Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively build productive relationships across finance teams.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level alongside an appreciation of other FP&A and financial reporting solutions.
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to produce high quality professional reporting for senior executives.
  • High level of ownership, taking accountability for the quality, accuracy and timeliness of work.
  • Strong organisational skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and keeping customers updated on progress of requests.
