Senior Insight Analyst - Customer Research

We partner with stakeholders to solve complex business problems by interrogating, interpreting and synthesising information about our customers, products, onsite experience and marketing, in light of market intelligence and strategic context to generate strategic insights. We are looking for a Senior Insight analyst to join ASOS’s Audience insight team and focus on delivering research insights from ASOS customers and running our customer panel.
What you’ll be doing….
Taking ownership of our customer panel including the day to day running of the panel as well as planning for and implementing any new developments. Responsible for the roadmap for the panel covering both use and panel management
Managing the relationship with our platform supplier and ensuring we get the most from the platform
Designing and delivering research projects that use our customer panel for a range of stakeholders covering topics including our product, proposition and customer experience
Educating and informing teams across the business about the customer panel and identifying potential new projects and uses for the panel.
Be the expert in the use of the panel platform and provide support to other members of the Audience Insight team with their use of the customer panel
Leading on ad hoc research projects using our wider customer database
Managing the set up of new surveys and touchpoints that form part of our customer experience measurement programme
Bringing customer research together with other data sources in particular internal behaviour and profile data, but also other research and market intelligence
Taking a data-driven approach, comfortable drawing conclusions from multiple data sources and aware of the biases associated with certain research techniques
We’d love to meet someone with…..
Proven experience in running a customer panel or community
Proven experience in research design, questionnaire writing and the analysis of research results
Experience of working on both quantitative and qualitative research projects
Experience of working on customer experience and proposition research
Highly numerate with strong attention to detail and confident conducting statistical significance testing
Strong project management skills and proven ability to deliver research projects end to end
Experience in pulling together data from different sources to tell a compelling story
Strong communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Proactive approach and enthusiasm for sharing ideas and driving them forward
