Job Description

ASOS Media Group is a dedicated partnerships team, sitting within the ASOS Brand Experience department. The team works with key supplier brand such as Adidas, Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren and MAC, across all ASOS audience touch points, both on and offline.

We are looking for an experienced Integrated Producer who can hit the ground running; leading on the shoot production, planning, project management and budgeting across a diverse range of creative campaign briefs.

Strong people management and communication skills are vital to this role; when managing creatives, internal departments, junior support and stakeholders on various projects in an extremely fast-paced environment.

Main responsibilities...

 

  • End to end management of 360 marketing campaigns; liaising closely with external clients and internal stakeholders across creative, design, fashion, social and commercial.
  • Leading on creative production - ensuring we are delivering engaging, innovative campaigns that are of a high creative standard across stills and video shoots.
  • Proven experience organising shoot crews, negotiating fees & contracts, sourcing locations & props, shoot scheduling, end to end shoot day management, leading on all aspects of post-production.
  • Confidently proposing ideas and concepts to enhance shoot production in line with proposed creative.
  • Creating and overseeing project timelines within our project management program Workfront.
  • Ensuring all stakeholders, internally & externally, are aware of key deadlines and projects are delivered to spec on time.
  • Building and maintaining strong dynamic relationships with internal & external stakeholders to ensure you deliver campaigns efficiently.
  • Adhering to production processes, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness is maintained within the team.
  • To manage the budget for project costs, and work with Finance to ensure these are accurately recorded, forecasted and reflected by accounts.
  • Working closely with Partnership Managers to ensure full reporting on the performance of campaigns.
  • Building internal relationships with other departments including retail, merchandisers, social, culture marketing, CRM, and legal.

Qualifications

We'd love to meet someone with…

  • Experience of producing still life/model shoots and video content.
  • Experience delivering multiple digital and/or social campaigns.
  • Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a diplomatic nature
  • You must be able to prioritise and be calm under pressure.
  • An enthusiastic interest and/or background within the industry.
  • History of cross team collaboration which has delivered results
  • A Self-motivated, enthusiastic and pro-active attitude.
