Job Description

Responsible for day to day administration duties and assisting with various projects. 

  • First point of contact for customers, suppliers and visitors whether by mail, email, telephone or in person.
  • Handling enquiries from students resident in the accommodation block above the office.
  • General administration including typing, filing and data entry.
  • Assisting colleagues with projects as and when required.



  • Good oral and written communicator

  • Enthusiastic, efficient, well motivated and with a positive attitude
  • Can successfully manage tasks to completion
  • Fluent in the use of computers and common business software.
  • Previous work experience in a business administration role.

Additional Information

Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm; Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week (excluding unpaid break).

This is a full-time and permanent position.

Our office is in Winton, Bournemouth and has car/cycle parking.


Salary £17,576 per annum (equivalent to £8.45 per hour).
