Qualifications
2) Conducts end to end project management of large or multiple large projects. Works as a team member or runs individual projects and is responsible for completing projects within allotted timeline and budget.
3) Defines project scope and objectives, coordinates activities of a project team, and identifies resources.
4) Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
5) Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
6) Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
7) Communicates with internal and external clients.

Additional Information
Accountable for managing large volume of low and high complexity and high risk projects which may span multiple regions and/or functions with concurrent projects. The Global Project Manager will assemble the project team responsible for the implementation and provisioning of new projects and changes for a large contact center project.
Responsibilities includes:
1) Overall accountability of project scope, project budgeting and cost reporting, and ensures completion of projects while meeting quality, schedule and cost objectives using the organizations standard processes.
2) Acts as project liaison between IT partners, client organizations and IT leadership. Role may also assist in supplier management of existing vendors.
3) Strong problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organization, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills.
4) Responsible for estimating, scheduling, coordinating, assigning resources, ensuring project funding is secured, and assisting and recommending business solutions/alternatives for projects.
5) Issues reporting to all levels within the organization.
6) Effectively initiating, planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, coordinating, controlling, managing and delivering all activities for projects and related release initiatives, including
Developing detailed implementation project plans;
Identifying detailed design requirements;
Defining acceptance test procedures; and
Defining a mutually agreeable implementation schedule.
Prior experience with contact center projects and technologies is highly preferred.
Some travel may also be necessary. (25%)
