Job Description

Duties / Responsibilities:

The purpose of the role is to create and implement effective Sales strategies, managing the Sales Team and ensuring the achievement of defined Property Sales Targets in the local and international markets. 

Key Responsibilities:

  •   Management and leadership of sales activities and initiatives.
  •   Drive the team toward achievement of individual and team targets.
  •   Manage client relationships with High Net Worth individuals and Investors.
  •   Understanding local and international markets and the changing requirements of clients.
  •   Manage specific real estate investment properties in multiple locations, negotiating with clients to achieve the best opportunities for client and company.
  •   Developing sales strategies for continual improvement of department performance.
  •   Reporting to Top Management on sales progress for individual projects, identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
  •   Overall, guide, lead and develop the sales team with a strong focus on achieving the pre-determined targets. 

Qualifications

Desired Skills & Experience

  •  Bachelors Degree from a recognised University.
  •  Minimum 10 years experience in a Senior Sales role, must have handled a large sales team.
  •  Must be a hands on sales professional.
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills essential.
  •  Real Estate and Property experience preferred.
