Job Description
To strengthen its sales department, ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a mid-level IT Business Developer to support the growth of our business by acquiring new clients and managing existing customer relationships.
The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, opening new client accounts, and promoting Arηs Group’s IT services and technical expertise to support client projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by acquiring new clients in the IT sector;
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction;
- Understand client needs and propose tailored IT services and solutions, including the provision of developers and technical profiles for IT projects;
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Recruitment, Delivery, and Marketing) to ensure alignment between client demands and available expertise;
- Prepare and support the creation of commercial proposals, presentations, and bids;
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify growth opportunities;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (including internships for junior profiles);
- Strong interest in the IT and digital services sector;
- Previous experience working with European Institutions (EU Institutions) is mandatory, with a good understanding of their procurement processes, governance, and IT environment;
- Background in Advisory / Consulting, with the ability to understand clients' business challenges and translate them into value-added IT service offerings;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
- Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset;
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international and fast-paced environment;
- Fluency in English; French is a strong advantage. Additional EU languages would be considered an asset;
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg private IT market is considered a strong plus.
