Help shape the user experience of business-critical applications used within a major European institutional environment. ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Mid-level / Senior UX Designer (m/f) to join a multidisciplinary team working on complex internal platforms supporting operational and business processes.

This role has a strong focus on UX research, user understanding, and workflow optimization. You will design intuitive and efficient experiences for data-heavy applications while working within an established design system and UX framework. Working closely with business analysts, product owners, developers, and UX leads, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools used by business users across the organization.

THE WORK:

• Conduct user research activities, including interviews, observations, workshops, and usability testing.
• Analyze research findings and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Design user journeys, workflows, information architecture, and interaction models for complex business applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed designs using Figma.
• Contribute to the evolution of enterprise applications, including dashboards, task management systems, notifications, monitoring tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Ensure consistency with existing design systems, UX standards, and established design patterns.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, developers, and UX stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Present and explain design decisions to both technical and business audiences.
• Support the preparation of presentations, documentation, and communication materials when required.

Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Mid-level or senior experience in UX Design and/or UX Research.
• Strong interest in user-centered design, usability, and analytical problem-solving.
• Experience designing complex business applications, enterprise platforms, or data-intensive systems.
• Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, workflow analysis, and translating findings into design solutions.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and enterprise design systems.
• Ability to balance user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to present and defend design decisions in a clear and structured manner.
• Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
