In order to reinforce our internal team based in Luxembourg, Arηs Developments is looking for an Administrative Assistant (M/F).

Your responsibilities:

  • Follow-up of contracts with customers
  • Follow-up and preparation of the consultants activities and worksheets
  • Invoicing to customers and follow-up
  • Suppliers invoicing follow-up and checking

Qualifications

Your Profile

  • A Bachelor degree (3 years after secondary school)
  • 1 year of experience in a similar job position
  • Experience in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contractual documentation
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent relationship skills – you will be in direct contact with customers and consultants
  • Excellent organizational and methodical skills
  • Good knowledge in MS Excel and Word
  • Collaborative attitude, as well as being a good team player
  • Fluent in French and English
