Arηs Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a SAP Basis / Technical Expert for a part‑time assignment in Namur within a public organization.

Context

As part of the migration from the current SAP ECC platform to a SAP S/4HANA environment under SAP RISE, specialized technical support is required to ensure the maintenance of existing systems, analyze the technical prerequisites, and prepare the transition to the target cloud architecture.

Role & Responsibilities

• Analyze the SAP ECC environment and map the technical architecture and interfaces.
• Ensure technical administration of SAP ECC under RISE: supervision, maintenance, transports, refreshes, and updates.
• Manage and optimize databases (HANA, Oracle) and system performance.
• Monitor SAP interfaces and resolve integration incidents.
• Implement and administer SAP Cloud ALM for monitoring and operational follow‑up.
• Contribute to the preparation for the migration to S/4HANA: prerequisites, target architecture, technical impacts.
• Participate in the development of the technical action plan and collaborate with internal and external teams.

Technical Skills

• Senior expertise in SAP Basis / SAP Technical
• Mastery of SAP HANA databases and good understanding of Oracle
• Proven experience with SAP RISE environments
• Solid knowledge of hyperscaler models (Azure, etc.)
• Experience with hybrid and cloud SAP architectures
• Hands-on experience with Basis operations: transports, refreshes/copies, updates, monitoring, security
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM and SAP BTP
