Job Description
ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to strengthen our team in Luxembourg.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across production environments, managing deployments, and supporting automation and IT risk management initiatives.
THE WORK:
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities, including certificate management, production deployments, and ITRMP controls management.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all process executions.
• Contribute to automation, file transfer, alerting, job scheduling, and dependency management.
• Maintain and deploy all components within your scope across acceptance and production environments.
• Improve deployment quality by automating delivery processes where possible.
• Participate in the evolution of deployment standards and procedures.
• Share operational expertise and support knowledge transfer within the team.
• Stay up to date with advancements in production tooling and DevOps best practices.
Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Operations or DevOps Engineer role.
• Strong experience with Linux Red Hat environments — configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in Ansible for infrastructure and deployment automation.
• Experience with TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler) for task scheduling and orchestration.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Ability to optimize deployment times while maintaining reliability and consistency.
• Understanding of Middleware and monitoring tools (asset).
• Familiarity with ELK, ServiceNow, and Confluence (plus).
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is an advantage.
• Fluency in French is required; English is also mandatory.
