Job Description

  • Providing technical support for upgrades and changes to the current and new client's Cisco infrastructure (e.g. Software Defined Networks “SDN” migration);
  • Assist with 2nd and 3rd level escalations, incident troubleshooting and problem resolution;
  • Occasional weekend/after-hours work to be performed approximately on a 4-6 week basis after client's prior written approval (which must be clear about the extent to which overtime is permitted);
  • On-Call service
  • Supply the installation, technical, support and maintenance documentation;
  • Perform installation of the necessary network configuration, maintenance and support activities in production and other environments, following the organisation's processes and procedures;
  • Change and release management activities related to the secure client's Cisco infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 9 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Working knowledge of English: B2 or higher level. 
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in Network and collaboration solutions in large enterprise environments
  • Participation in a minimum of 5 projects involving in network design and deployment
  • Good knowledge of CISCO Networks
  • Mandatory Certification: CCNP
