Job Description

  • Analysis of Business requirements
  • Business process analysis
  • Solution requirements analysis, and functional design
  • Support product backlog management
  • Support software implementation and testing
  • Support user acceptance testing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in eliciting and managing requirements for agile software development.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an international organization, or a similar heavily regulated environment.
  • More than 6 years of experience in business analysis and requirements engineering using methodologies, supporting agile software development.
  • Experience with creating requirements deliverables for new and existing systems, in collaboration with business stakeholders, end-users, developers and testers: functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, functional solution descriptions, and screen mock-ups.
  • Good knowledge of business analysis and requirements engineering methodologies and best practices in an agile software development environment.
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM.
  • Good knowledge of Unified Modelling Language (UML) .
  • Knowledge of UX design principles.
  • Good command of English equal to B2 according to CERF.

Desirable:

  • Practical knowledge of wiki software such as Confluence, and software development management tools such Azure DevOps.
  • Certification: BCS Business Analysis / IREB.
