Established in 2016, the Greek entity Arηs Developments Hellas aims to extend Arηs Group activities dedicated to the European market providing high-quality services in Software Development, covering the entire application development lifecycle: starting with user requirements, business process redesign and specifications, to continue with development, testing and application maintenance.

• Manage network topologies and cabling.
• Administration of firewall and their configuration.
• Administration of periodic firmware and software upgrades of network infrastructure.
• Monitor network infrastructure performance.
• Automate process using scripting and/or infrastructure as a code where possible.
• Write/Update/Review documentation and technical specifications related to infrastructure.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
• Identify hardware, software and network problems and propose solutions.
• Perform regular maintenance on hardware, network, and software components.
• Communicate effectively with end users and ICT team.
• Administration of reverse proxy and load balancer equipment services.

Additional non-mandatory tasks could be:

• Take part in designing and implementing solutions for replication & disaster recovery.
• Utilize configuration management frameworks.
• Implement infrastructure as a code.
• Operate and support network equipment.
• Implementation of software defined networking.

• Bachelor's plus 10 years of experience.
• Experience with  system architecture design, system and cloud resources engineering, service delivery.
• Experience in problem management, process improvement, disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Ability to be accountable for upkeep of hardware, software, and network components, as well as accuracy of implemented solutions and maintenance.
• Ability to be responsible for up- to-date modern integrated solutions, patches/ upgrades, solved incidents, implementing technical proposals, general maintenance of the systems.
• Ability to contribute for infrastructure maintenance plan, disaster recovery plans, systems and technical landscape architecture.  
• Good knowledge of English, equal to B2 level (Proficiency in English language) per Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
