Job Description

ARHS Group – part of Accenture – is looking for a Business Analyst with IT Service Management expertise for one of its clients at the EU institutions in Brussels.

Role & responsibilities

  • Analyzing how the HR processes, definitions, principles, practices are implemented by the interlinked organizations with a view of supporting the use of the HR IT platform and related systems in a harmonized and consistent way and documenting the residual differences.
  • Contributing to building the service management strategy (transition to service) for the ongoing transformation program (HR IT).
  • Illustrating the Service Management practices, processes and associated documentation.
  • Identifying viable business solutions, translating them into technical specifications and assisting with their technical implementation.
  • Using appropriate tools to track differences in implementation and configuration during the interinstitutional adoption of the HR IT platform including the legacy HR solution.
  • Defining use cases, test configurations and proposed solutions on different technical environments.
  • Developing and delivering business-oriented documentation, training and coaching sessions for a successful adoption and use of the HR IT platform.
  • Analyzing business processes especially related to support and proposing options implementation and for automation/ simplification in line with the capabilities and standards offered by the digital solutions.
  • Providing second level support for business and functional inquiries from the interinstitutional partners.
  • Initiating and contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Interacting with multiple stakeholders within the organization, with the rest of the HR family, with the IT & partner organizations.

Qualifications

Your profile

  • Knowledge and/or keen interest in large organization’s human resources rules, processes and tools.
  • Capacity to understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
  • Advanced drafting skills, including technical drafting and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical capacity and solution-oriented thinking.
  • A high sense of responsibility and strong service orientation.
  • Very good communication skills, with ability to analyze and structure complex information.
  • High degree of planning and organizational skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple files and deliverables.
  • Good interpersonal skills, working well both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Very good command of spoken and written English equivalent to minimum level C1 and knowledge of French would be an advantage.

Technical skills

  • Strong IT background and experience as business analyst with at least three years’ experience in a position with similar duties and domain.
  • PM2 & Agile (Scrum)
  • Knowledge of Project/Service Management related tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Confirmed knowledge in ITIL Service management frameworks.
  • Experience in setting up service management practices
  • Technical knowledge, skills, and experience in interacting with users of IT systems and IT developers.
