This role is for you!

Arhs Developments Hellas is looking for a Project Management Officer to join one of our core teams that work for a big financial institution.

In this role, your main task will be to create detailed presentations on the process of each project. You will be responsible for the facilitation of everyday tasks around the office and familiarization with current workflows and project processes. You will be asked to collaborate with the functional units to gather requirements and align with the Project Managers regarding the capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the compliance with the Project's processes and meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to assist in their duties and processes throughout the Project/Program life cycle.
  • Support the Project Managers in tracking tasks to ensure individual deadlines are met.
  • Gather information from the Team to support the production of project reports.
  • Assist in the organization, support, and control the documentation of the project.
  • Contribute to the development, monitoring, and updating of time schedules to ensure alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
  • Support contract management in revising control baselines with agreed changes, follow up on actions, and ensure compliance with project reporting requirements.
  • Ensure accurate uploading, logging, filing, and distribution of the Project related documentation.
  • Register and file all relevant project documentation as per our company and Project procedures.

Qualifications

  • BSc in Business, Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to details and technicalities
  • Excellent organizational and technical skills
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
