Role & responsibilities

STRATEGIC VISION: Developing a future proof customer oriented applicative environment

• Clarifying business needs and ensuring optimal alignment between application functionality and business processes.
• Linking the development needs in connection with the current and future architecture of the application park and developing & monitoring the vision of the applications
• Playing a role in building the business plan when it comes to investment projects
• Improving the efficiency, usability and accuracy of your applications.
• Highlighting the strategic imperatives of our field by simplifying access and increasing transparency for our members.

EXCELLENCE IN EXECUTION: MAKE A STRONG LINK WITH IMPLEMENTATION FROM A USER & MEMBER POINT OF VIEW

• Analyzing the data, testing, evaluating, and continuing to improve the applications.
• Ensuring optimal functional analysis, including the right functionalities for software applications.
• Making the right connections with entities by making sure to interact with the right people at the right time.
• Knowing how to involve and positively influence stakeholders to engage them in a search for a solution.
• Establishing links with other agile teams within your field but also outside your field to align and communicate effectively
• Working closely with the other business specialists and application business analysts in the 'AFFILIATION' department.
• Working with IT colleagues on a common goal using IT jargon.
• Setting the expectations of the business with regard to IT processes and ensuring a holistic approach.
• Identifying synergies between the various complex work processes you manage.
• Strengthening a team of 25 colleagues who work in sub-teams within 4 clusters: Knowledge Management, International Conventions, Membership Management, Personal Data Management, Registrations & Transfers of the "AFFILIATION" domain.

• Good knowledge of Dutch & French

Technical skills

• Knowledge of the affiliate field is a plus. The desire to acquire this knowledge during an initial training period is an absolute necessity.
• You are AGILE by nature and ready to join the scrum project.
