Your responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for ARHS employees seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Provide accurate information on IT products or services
• Follow-up and update status and information
• Pass on any feedback or suggestions by users to the appropriate internal team
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

Your profile

• Degree in Computer science or equivalent
• A first professional experience in IT support
• Technical working knowledge of:
  • OS : Windows 11/10, Linux
  • Microsoft Office 365 / Intune
  • Microsoft Windows Active Directory / Azure AD
  • Basic Network understanding (LAN/WAN/Firewalling)
  • ITIL (Certification is a plus)
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Fluency in French, proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
