Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior System Architect (IBM Filenet,CM)  to join our growing team in one of the biggest European organizations.

Tasks:

  • Technical analysis of business processes and functional requirements
  • Definition and designs of new systems, modules and solutions, in the area of the Case management system ecosystem, document management system, secure data exchange forensics and analytical tools
  • Market research and product evaluation/prototypes in collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify the suitable solutions
  • Adoption and implementation of the architectural principles throughout various projects
  • System Data modelling and corporate data flow analysis, including interoperability requirements
  • Elaboration of high level and detailed technical designs and business cases with costs/benefits analysis 
  • Coordination of business workshops to analyze the requirements and propose prototypes 
  • Contribution to the business process modelling translating from the business needs into technical specifications and components designs
  •  Advise project teams n recommended solutions
  • Impact and Risk analysis in relation to the analyzed requirements and change requests
  • Assign tasks to external suppliers and validate the quality of the delivered products from a technical and functional perspective  

Qualifications

Who you are:

Mandatory requirements:

  • Master's degree plus minimum of 8 years' of relevant professional experience in system/solution architecture
  • Good knowledge and previous experience within EU institutions, in relation to business processes, case management project, judicial areas projects
  • Previous experience as system/solution architect, or technical expert in software development projects related to IBM case management system, including business workflows and document management modules 
  • Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools architecture design patterns, solution architecture design 
  • Experience in Agile teams with Hands-on knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Teams
  • Knowledge of DevOps methods, CI/CD pipelines and tools
  • Familiarity with initiatives and interoperability concepts within European Digital Justice - eCodex, eDelivery, ECRIS TCN, data modeling
  • Knowledge of security standards applicable to software architecture and development, identify and access management
  • Advanced knowledge of networking, systems, databases and middleware concepts
  • Strong capacity in writing and presenting technical studies and solutions concepts
  • Ability to participate/organize meetings, excellent communicator (English)
  • Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment
