Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Network and Video Specialist to join one of the biggest European organizations in Warsaw, Poland.

Tasks:

  • Administer, monitor and troubleshoot IP telephony and video conferencing systems
  • Advice possible configuration improvements, changes or upgrades
  • Create and update the technical documentation and operating procedures
  • Provide 2nd line support to the EU Institution's system and network users
     

Qualifications

Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree plus minimum 5 year IT professional experience
  • Very good understanding of TCP/IP protocols especially IP QoS, VoIP and video conferencing technologies and protocols
  • Very good understanding of voice and video signalling, routing and transmission in IP network
  • Valid certification relevant to the domain and professional experience e.g. minimum CCNP Collaboration or equivalent
  • Good understanding of the application-layer authentication and encryption mechanisms, e.g. SSL/TLS, PKI and X.509 certificates
  • Hands on experience in administration of the Cisco collaboration product suite (CUCM, Presence, CMS, 
  • ExpressWay etc.) and voice gateways
  • A proactive attitude and team-work spirit
  • Very good analytical and trouble-shooting skills
  • Sound communication skills, both technical and non-technical
  • Very good communication skills in English Level B2
