Arhs Digital is looking for an experienced project manager to ensure the proper coordination of dependencies and the tracking of the overall roadmap at one of our clients, a key player in the financial sector.

Role & Responsibilities

• Follow-up on dependencies
• Program reporting: aggregate each squad progress together with dependencies to provide an overall program status
• Specific follow-up on transversal activities

Your profile

• Team player that values collaboration and alignment
• Delivery and result oriented
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment
• Structured and fact-based mindset
• Able to articulate complex topics
• Capacity to look globally and relate details of the implementation to the global picture
• Good communication skills in English

Technical skills

• Solid experience of major IT delivery project management in an agile context
• Understanding of major delivery phases (analysis, development, qualification, UAT, deployment)
• Practice of agile reporting (velocity, burn-down, cycle time, lead-time)
• Expertise in MS Plan or equivalent
• Agile experience as Scrum master or PO
• Good Jira expertise
• Strong communication skills: effective and impactful. Adapted to the audience: management / team
• EasyBI expertise & experience in SAP project would be considered an asset
