• Design, Implement and Maintain UC solutions
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems, applications and tools
• Prepare and execute test plan
• Propose and contribute to technical improvement plans
• Diagnose problems and conduct troubleshooting.
• Guide users with clear instructions.
• Ensure client satisfaction
• Interact and co-operate with vendors
• Contribute actively to Teams synergy
• Report customer feedback and potential requests.
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation and manuals.

• Education: minimum BAC +2 in computer sciences or equivalent
• Knowledge with deploying and configuring unified communications, such as Skype for Business/Teams, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, IP telephony & Video conference,
• Knowledge of IP Trading solutions: Opentrade, IPC Unigy, IP Trade
• External gateways (Session Border Controller and Public gateways)
• Knowledge of voice protocols: SIP, SCCP, MGCP, H323, T38
• Understanding of networking and core Internet Protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP and routing in distributed networks
• Knowledge of Windows 10 / SCCM / Active Directory, Citrix and/or VMware horizon is an asset.
• Experience in SBC’s (Session Border Controllers)
• Experience with video conferencing systems: Cisco or/and Polycom
• Good social, verbal and written communications in French and English, analytical and presentation skills
• Attention to detail, organized.
• Ability to handle customer critical issues and work in difficult situations
• Ability to perform self-directed learning in a rapidly changing environment
• ITIL knowledge.

• Knowledge of UC third party applications: Peterconnects, Anywhere365, PEXIP
• Knowledge of Voice recording technologies: Verba Verint, ASC, NICE
• Knowledge of IP fax solutions: Rightfax
