For complex in-house developed solutions, ARHS Developments is looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join a dynamic & growing team of highly skilled developers.

Role and Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for the technical development topics
• Be able to lead proposal processes with the customer (technical solutions, effort estimates, etc.)
• Review customer technical demands and instructions and assist internal team and customers to identify the best work approach, and the most efficient methods of maintaining and improving the quality of the delivery
• Acting as a Technical Lead, including coaching team members
• Delegating work and assignments to team members
• Creating end goals for the team and in collaboration with the team identify and fix technical problems
• Guiding their team through technical issues and challenges
• Giving regular feedback about the project status to the client

Your profile

• University degree in Computer science related studies, or equivalent by experience
• A team player, able to share your knowledge and support colleagues
• Fluent in English with good communication skills
• Very strong organizational and documentation skills
• Pro-active and can-do attitude
• Result & Quality minded, rigorous, and systematic in your daily activities
• Flexible and able to organize your work autonomously in a complex and challenging environment, in which the priorities are often changing
• Strong customer focus

Technical skills

• You have a technical background which could include virtualization, designing and developing systems and procedures to manage data storage and other data platforms
• Experience with Infra would be considered an advantage
