Job Description

ARHS Digital is looking for an experienced BI analyst with a previous experience in finance & P&L, who can adjust the dimensions and has experience in OLAP.

Role & Responsibilities

You will support the head offices of the client in the FPA processes, mainly via the management of the Infor BI Reporting Tool.

  • Administrator / Lead of Financial Management Information System (Infor)
    • OLAP Administrator: Management of the OLAP model (dimension updates, set-up of calculated measures, etc.) for maintenance and new implementations (incl. system testing)
    • Data Quality Assurance - manage required data uploads
    • Repository Administrator: Maintenance of user lists
    • Act as Project Manager to implement new developments in the Financial Management Information System (to facilitate new reporting, to drive efficiency, etc.)
    • Managing relations with service providers (external and internal), e.g. on new implementations, overall system performance, etc.
    • Support Report Design team & MIS users across Europe with new Data/Reporting Requirements
    • Problem solving and solution design in running systems (e.g. MIS Super User)
  • Striving for efficiencies in the financial planning & reporting processes, reducing manual work
  • Participate in projects, specifically relating to administration and reporting

Qualifications

Your profile

  • University Graduate or Professional bachelor
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of BI Reporting software (ideally Infor)
  • Strong affinity with Reporting
  • Familiarity with OLAP Server based solutions
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Team player with good communication skills and analytical/problem-solving mindset
  • Business driven & customer focused mentality (self-starter, hands-on, no-nonsense)
  • Affinity with dynamic and international work environment

Any of the following would be considered an asset

  • Knowledge of Dutch/French
  • Knowledge of Powerquery
  • Experience with SAP
