Arηs Cube est à la recherche d'un Administrateur Virtualisation Citrix (M/F) afin d’intégrer notre équipe « Virtualisation ». Il/elle sera responsable de l’administration, de la maintenance, et de l’évolution de nos infrastructures de virtualisation qui sont basées sur les produits Citrix, Nutanix et VMware ainsi que sur du matériel serveur Dell EMC, HPE et Nutanix.

Tâches et responsabilités :

• Assurer l’administration, la maintenance et l’évolution des plateformes de virtualisation Citrix, Nutanix et VMware, avec un focus sur Citrix ADC (Netscaler) et Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
• Assurer l’administration, la maintenance et l’évolution des serveurs physiques Dell EMC, HPE et Nutanix
• Participer à la définition d’infrastructures techniques de virtualisation répondant aux besoins de nos métiers et respectant notre politique de sécurité
• Réaliser le déploiement de solutions techniques
• Rédiger les documentations techniques et d’exploitation de ces infrastructures
• Assurer un support de troisième niveau en cas de dysfonctionnement des systèmes avec le support des intégrateurs et des constructeurs
• Effectuer le suivi et la remédiation des vulnérabilités sur les produits et équipements
• Effectuer la maintenance quotidienne y inclus le traitement des incidents
• Participer au plan de secours de ces infrastructures

Profil recherché :

• BAC+4/+5
• Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire
• Français/Anglais
• Pouvoir travailler en équipe
• Être autonome et avoir l’esprit d’initiative
• Être orienté client et avoir de bonnes aptitudes de communication
• Être rigoureux dans ses tâches
• Avoir une bonne organisation/planification de ses tâches
• Avoir le respect des procédures

Compétences techniques nécessaires :

• Excellente maîtrise des produits et infrastructures (architecture, installation, configuration, maintenance) :
  • Citrix ADC (Netscaler)
  • Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
• Connaissances en Scripting (Linux Batch, Windows Batch, PowerShell, Perl)
• Bonne maîtrise des environnements Linux et Windows Server
• Très bonne connaissance des techniques d’interconnexions/communications réseau et sécurité réseau (réseaux, segmentations réseau, VLAN, routage, firewall, proxy, DNS, DHCP, NTP, etc.)
• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques Microsoft Office (communication et documentation)
• Maîtrise des outils techniques de connexion et communication (RDP, clients SSH, clients SCP, navigateurs Internet, etc.)

Bonus. Compétences considérées comme un réel atout :

• Connaissance des produits et infrastructures VMware vSphere 6 et 7 (ESXi, vCenter, PowerCLI, Update Manager)
• Compréhension des techniques de stockage en relation avec les infrastructures de virtualisation (datastores, LUN, etc.)
• Connaissance des outils de backup, notamment IBM Spectrum Protect for Virtual Environments
• Connaissance des systèmes hyperconvergés Nutanix (ou à défaut, VMware vSAN)
• Connaissance des gammes de serveurs Dell EMC PowerEdge et HPE Proliant et Synergy
• Connaissance des outils de gestion et supervision Dell EMC OpenManage et HPE OneView
• Connaissance des outils et techniques de supervision d’infrastructures serveurs (Zabbix, SNMP, etc.)
• Maîtrise des techniques de déploiement et de migration de serveurs
• Connaissances Microsoft Active Directory et gestion d’utilisateurs et permissions
• Connaissances des structures de bases de données
