ARHS Developments is looking for a DevOps Support Engineer to strengthen the team of one of our clients focused on providing solutions in the field of digital identity, access management and electronic signature. The services provided include:

• Web single sign-on and multiple single-factor and multi-factor mechanisms for accessing applications
• Allow implementers to ensure that application authorisations are managed in a coherent and consistent manner
• Assure identities are created in a coherent and consistent manner
• Open source reference implementation of the eIDAS specifications allowing national eID solutions to interoperate one with another
• Authorisation and delegation solution to allow companies throughout Europe to consume customs, taxation and excise services cross-border
• Advanced and qualified electronic signatures services
• Open-source reference implementation of the eIDAS specifications, allowing creation and validation of electronic signatures

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, implement upgrade DevSecOps pipelines
• Facilitate the continuous integration and delivery of sector application by using automated tools.
• Support the integration of the increasing integration and alignment of product delivery horizontally across the business, ensuring a tight integration with the development efforts and better alignment with evolving business needs.
• 3rd level support for complex incidents and requests.
• Provide “integration-as-a-service” for various applications.
• Support Operation of solutions in the field of identity and access management.
• Provision of expert advice and assistance on matters related to product evolution.
• Participation in technical working groups.
• Production of technical documents and studies.

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent by experience.
• Excellent redaction skills & capability to give technical presentations in English.
• Ability to apply high quality standards & cope with fast changing technologies used in architecture and design.
• Good communication skills & ability to participate in multi-lingual (French and/or English) meetings.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering integration across multiple projects, working in a multi-tier environment with multiple business critical technical solutions.
• A service-oriented mind-set and team spirit.
• Rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working.
• Proactive attitude, communicative and customer-oriented.
• Significant experience in Service and Operations Management.

Technical skills

For DEVOPS-related activities:

• Knowledge of
  • Amazon Web Services
  • Building sophisticated and highly automated infrastructure using Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes & Terraform
  • Kubernetes / Docker, ELK, Jenkins/Gitlab, X-Ray, J-Frog, SonarQube, Ant, Maven (basic or advanced level)
  • Integration security in the DevSecOps pipeline (HP fortify, Owasp etc.)
  • Continuous delivery and tools (Bamboo, JIRA, Git, Jenkins)
  • Clouds platform and related tools
• Excellence in setting up and managing Product Integration and Operations support, tightly integrated with Development teams (DevOps)
• Experience setting up and maintain Testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Serenity & JMeter

For support and integration activities:

• Proven experience in both Java, and WebLogic, Linux
• Proven experience in at least 1 programming language (Java, Python, Bash, Perl, etc.)
• Authentication and Authorisation – authentication, authorisation and federation protocols and the technical standards involved: CAS, SAML, WS-*, OpenID Connect, OAuth, JWT, FIDO, TOTP, HOTP, XACML
• Cryptography – digital signature and encryption: symmetric-key and asymmetric-key algorithms, hashing, certificates
• Web Security –  techniques used to secure Web applications: HTTP, TLS, OWASP, Content Security Policy, Web Services (SOAP and REST)
• Expert in Linux/Unix, namely installing, configuring, tuning, monitoring, daily operations with IT admin shell commands/ utilities, regular expressions, and shell scripting – including FTP, telnet, SSH, TCP/IP, sub-netting, routing, and DNS setup
• Expertise in monitoring a corporate IT infrastructure

Any of the following skills would be considered an asset

• Expert in corporate application server WebLogic version 12.2.x (or upwards)
• Expert in Structured Query Language (SQL) and in PL/SQL
• Databases, directories and transactions –SQL, LDAP, ACID, XA, Cassandra
• Good knowledge of the Java programming language, and of XML
• Infrastructure –networking, hardware and operating systems: TCP/IP, Linux, databases, directories, shell scripts, virtualisation, load balancers, reverse proxies, web application firewalls, HSM, TPM

Be legally authorized to work in Belgium and not require sponsorship for employment visa.
