Job Description

Tasks:

  • Daily solution administration (management, monitoring, troubleshooting)
  • Maintaining up to date solution documentation including technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, knowledge base articles etc.
  • If applicable, managing solution thru the complete service lifecycle
     

Qualifications

Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years' IT professional experience
  • At least 2 years (full time) experience at the similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of the subject at the administration level
  • Well understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability
  • Knowledge of IT security standards

Specific requirements:

  • Has got at least 3 years hands-on experience in configuring and developing for the ServiceNow platform
  • Holds certificate of ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • Holds certificate of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Experience in creating customized solutions of the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience in administration and maintenance of ServiceNow in a devops role
  • Experience in managing the backend of ServiceNow platform in on-prem setup will be advantageous
  • Experience in creating SOPs and other technical instructions
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
