Our Brand

ARHS Developments is looking for a Senior Security Project Manager to conduct projects for a Security Roadmap mission. The objective is to follow-up on projects including mail gateway improvement (SPF, DKIM, DMARK), encryption enforcement (TLS) & Windows 7 decommissioning.

Primary focus on

• PM activities execution - Ensuring project requirements according to the schedule, budget, scope and quality
• Setting up adequate project communication with all IT stakeholders
• Facilitating/participating in the execution tasks among all teams via dashboards / technical quality controls
• Preparing a dashboard for monthly steering or weekly operational progress status

Secondary objectives

• Promote project management activities through positive and constructive networks
• Deploy and develop an active and consistent communication with different stakeholders
• Facilitate the operational functionality of the project groups and other stakeholders
• Define the roles and responsibilities of the project teams and other stakeholders
• Follow-up on possible change and deliverables related feedback from the customer on continuous bases

• Security Infrastructure (related to network, web and mail proxy, Windows and Linux server, workstation, encryption)
• Security Applications
• Security Information (Data classification and protection)
• Identity and Access management

Your profile

• Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network, infrastructure, security project or program management
• Strong communication skills in English and French
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Capable multitasker with limited supervision
• Quick learner, motivated self-starter
• Result oriented & customer-centric approach
• Collaborative behaviour, high accountability and team spirit values
• Expert knowledge of complex Systems Integration.
• Certifications: Security+, CISSP or PMP would be considered an asset
• Previous experience as a project or program manager of a security program would be considered an asset

Technical skills

• General knowledge of IT security infrastructure (network, web and mail proxy, windows and Linux server, workstation, encryption, …)
• General knowledge of IT Security knowledge of Security concepts and framework
• A passion for data analysis via Excel
• PowerBI or Access skills would be considered an asset
