Arhs Developments Hellas is looking for Junior Systems Engineer to join one of our core teams that work on a big project in the Big Data & Data Analytics Department. 

In this role, your main task will be to participate in the deployment and configuration of on-prem and cloud-based data lakes. You will also be responsible for various dev-ops and data-ops implementations At the end of the day, you will be the liaison between development and operations to ensure a smooth deployment with a mix of open source and commercial platforms and tools such as Hadoop, Kafka, and non-SQL databases to build state-of-the-art data lake environments 

• Computer Science or other equivalent university degree  

• Knowledge of Linux OS installation  

• Knowledge of Bash Scripting  

Bonus skills 

• Postgraduate degree in Data Analytics  

• Knowledge of Kubernetes or Docker containers  

• Knowledge of IP L3 Networks  

• Knowledge of Java or Python   

• Hadoop Platform  

• Non-SQL DB
