Our Brand

The ArȠs (pronounce [aris]) name comes from Greek Mythology. ArȠs is the son of Zeus and the God of War – in our eyes, an accurate representation of the intelligence, strategy, leadership and vision that are essential in business.

The project manager will support the work across the team and will be in charge of the design, efficient collection, analysis and of the follow-up of the implementation of various key products

Tasks and responsibilities

Design, collect, analyse and follow-up the implementation various tasks. In particular:

• Analysis within the field of Human resources & training matters; designing, analysing, testing, documenting and supporting information systems, in close co-operation with business owners.
• Contribute to project management: planning, to definition of work plans and deliverables, organisation of quality control, risk management, change management.
• Model the business processes, business rules and design the data object models.
• Liaise with business owners, business management including senior management and experts on relevant data issues.
• Perform functional testing and/or liaise with the test team to help ensure that business and functional requirements enter into the test stream correctly.
• Draft summaries, statistics, reports and briefing notes, and contribute to strategic documents.
• As needed, provide information and support to users, support teams and management.

Your profile

• You have a master’s degree and minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• You have an excellent command of English with a good understanding of French.
• You have knowledge of fundamentals of IT development.
• You have good knowledge of managing and filtering/analysing data and data flows
• You are familiar with IT tools used in the office environment.
• You have excellent communication skills (oral and written presentations and reports).
