ARHS Digital is looking for a UX designer for one of its clients, a key player in the Belgian Telecom Industry.

As a UX Designer, you will guarantee effortless user experience on the internal applications dedicated to sales & care agents in shops and contact centers.

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with business to define and develop prototypes of user flows.
  • Review and assist in refining business owners' requirements.
  • Work in close collaboration with Service Designer
  • Define and validate wireframes for our ordering applications.
  • Design and conduct user research
  • Convert research findings into actionable results.
  • Identify potential usability issues.
  • Capable to pitch / present user flows and convince stakeholders of the UX choices suggested
• Guarantee technical feasibility of the designed solution
  • Work in close collaboration with the analyst
  • Be capable to assimilate complex IT systems environment
  • Work in close collaboration with the UI designer
  • Guarantee quality of high-fidelity designs
• Work in Agile and share best practices for continuous improvement in way of working
• Help maintain the UX research library, toolkit & design system.
• Provide coaching to less experienced team members.

Your profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design or related field or equivalent work experience
• Professional and relevant expertise in UX Design (at least 5 years), preferably within large companies. Proven experience with applications for internal agents is perceived as a big plus
• Tangible experience in user research. Again, projects with user research focused on internal clients such as colleagues/employees is a plus
• Previous experience in complex systems legacy and technical constraints
• Experience in telecommunications sector and / or agile at scale is an asset
• Dutch and English (written and speaking), French is a plus.

• Proven knowledge of common design tools: Figma/FigJam, Adobe, ContentSquare, Sketch, Miro, etc
