Arhs Developments Hellas is looking for DevOps Support Engineer to join one of our core teams that work for a big project in the telecommunications industry.

In this role, your main task will be to review and analyze logs and communicate them effectively to the development teams. You will investigate and resolve technical issues and you will perform root-cause analysis for production errors. Being able to go through code in Java and Javascript might be required but there is no need to have previous experience in coding as a developer. At the end of the day, you will be the liaison between development and operations to ensure a smooth deployment.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as Support Engineer
  • Excellent communication skills, since you will be working closely with various teams
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Process-oriented, with great documentation skills
  •  Knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
  • Familiarity with Java and JavaScript
  • Strong experience with Windows and Linux operating system environments
  • Familiarity with Gitlab/GIT and Jenkins
  • Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
  • Excellent command of English language with verbally and written
