ARHS Digital is looking for a Business Analyst for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the insurance industry.

Role & responsibilities

• Conception and mastering of solutions within a digital context (ideation, requirements, …)
• Drive delivery of solutions implemented by the IT department
• Testing (set-up/planning/execution), Delivery (roll-out) and Support of solutions
• Project management within business solutions and/or across the organization
• Relation management within organization or external to organization

Your profile

• Master in Sciences, Economy, IT, Management or equivalent by experience
• Good communication skills and fluent in English, Dutch & French
• Quick learner
• Good interviewing skills
• Well organised, with good priority management skills
• Analytical and critical mind, as well as client-oriented
• Able to organize own work and execute independently with regular reporting to direct manager

Technical skills

• Experience with Non-Life Insurance
• At least 2 years of experience as Business Analyst/Project Lead
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile and UI/UX would be considered an asset
