Our Brand

The ArȠs (pronounce [aris]) name comes from Greek Mythology. ArȠs is the son of Zeus and the God of War – in our eyes, an accurate representation of the intelligence, strategy, leadership and vision that are essential in business.

For one of its projects, ARHS Spikeseed is looking for a highly motivated Product Owner with Payments experience, a genuine interest in technology and a passion to deliver leading-edge products.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Impart vision and direction to the Agile development team throughout the project and create requirements
• Build, plan and prioritize product development and technical feature backlog
• Handle the team’s roadmap and budget through Project Management Skills
• Manage the Backlog and the Iterative Planning of the User Stories
• Strike a fair balance between functional and non-functional requirements added to the sprint, to increase functionality and reliability of the product
• Connect & cooperate with internal and external stakeholders
• Remain up to date with the latest technological trends and offer up innovation prospects
• Manage platform risks and evolution
• Safeguard the Agile principles in conjunction with the Scrum Master, and impart them upon the squad

Your profile

• University degree in computer science related studies
• Bearer of new ideas possessing an adaptive mindset
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Distinctive analytical and problem-solving skills
• Disruptive & creative thinker with a vision
• Capacity to arbitrate and make swift decisions
• Last barrier to deliveries of final products
• Previous experience as a Product Owner would be a valuable asset
