Job Description

ARHS Developments is looking for a Senior Architect with expertise in SAP Payroll for one of its clients at the EU Institutions.

You will be brought to spearhead a Proof of Concept, assessing the feasibility of replacing the existing HR payroll legacy systems with SAP Payroll with the prospective to continue leading the project through development and implementation. Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct a comprehensive feasibility study and GAP analysis to determine the viability of implementing SAP Payroll.
  • Evaluate the current IT landscape and existing solutions in place.
  • Assess the new HRT architecture in conjunction with SAP capabilities.
  • Provide insights into the best IT target scenario within the payroll domain.
  • Explore various domain areas, including but not limited to:
    • Management of salaries
    • Management of pensions
    • Post-activity processing
    • Management of payments
    • Reporting
    • Severance grants calculation
    • Transfers of pension rights
    • Pension old age, invalidity, and survivors calculations
    • Unemployment allowance calculation
    • Rights transfers from other resources
    • Initial and monthly unemployment declarations
    • Pension requests
    • Life declarations (education, address, child, marriage/partnership, ex-member revenue declaration, divorces)
    • Rights management
    • Annual campaigns for tax certificates and education declarations

Qualifications

Your profile

  • Proven experience as an SAP Payroll expert with a strong background in SAP Payroll implementations.
  • Expertise in conducting feasibility studies, GAP analysis, and system evaluations.
  • Solid understanding of the HR and payroll domain, including payroll processing and related activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP HR and SuccessFactors is advantageous.
