Job Description

Be legally authorized to work in Belgium and not require sponsorship for employment visa.

Our enthusiastic HR officer in Brussels is looking for a dynamic colleague with experience in Payroll to complete our HR team in Brussels.

Your responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with the social secretariat, you are following up the payroll administration for 260 employees 
  • Data checks regarding monthly and non-monthly remunerations (end-of-year bonus, double holiday pay, ...)
  • In charge of the formalities regarding the entry and exit of employees: DIMONA
  • Point of contact for any question about the specific HR demands of the workers (social documents, parental leave, time credits, educational leave, young leave, certificates of holidays ...)
  • Verification of the statements of benefits and update of the individual holiday files
  • Follow-up and managing the ordering of meal vouchers
  • Management various benefits (cars, fuel cards, GSM)
  • Update files costs.

Qualifications

Your profile:

  • You have already 2 years’ experience as HR officer, being involved in Payroll
  • You are dynamic and customer oriented
  • You speak and write Dutch, French and English
  • Knowledge of SAM software from Partena is an asset
  • Interest for the evolution of social legislation
  • Autonomous with a sense of responsibility
